Multi-Family

From budgets to tenant relationships and financials to HUD compliance, Romar Management handles all aspects of property management for multi-family properties. Senior Living 

Romar Management’s primary focus for property management at Senior Living Communities is to provide the residents a home that is affordable, secure and in excellent condition.

We specialize in managing tenant needs, compliance requirements, leasing, accounting and fair housing. Our highly trained professionals are knowledgeable in all areas of property management (subsidized and market rate), HUD rules and regulations and low-income housing tax credit requirements of Section 42 of the Internal Revenue Code.
