Welcome to Union Village - Affordable Senior Living

Union Village is a community located in South Lebanon on the banks of the Little Miami River. Within walking distance is the Little Miami Scenic Trail and in the heart of referred to as Ohio’s Playground in Warren County. Our community offers safe, clean and affordable living for seniors over the age of 62. Assistance for aging in place is possible with our Services Coordinator working with county and other government services.

Our 41 one-bedroom units are carpeted and have self-controlled heat and air conditioning. Each apartment is equipped with refrigerator, range and disposal. For your safety all units have emergency medical pull cords, a sprinkler system, smoke detectors. The elevator and coin-operated laundry room is centrally located for easy access to all residents. We have a large front porch where residents gather and a patio with tables and grill for residents’ use.

Nourishing hot lunches are provided Monday through Friday. Each week residents are offered the opportunity to ride together on a bus to shop for food and household items.
