This facility offers 39 apartments equipped with a refrigerator, range, carpet and emergency pull cords.  Residents pay 30% of their monthly income for rent and utilities. 

In addition, Steamboat Trails is a secured building with safety features that provide residents with peace of mind.  There is an onsite manager through the week and a resident manager who can assist with any emergencies 7 days a week.
