Lytle Trace is housing for seniors of the age 62 and over. Our apartment building is located on the edge of Williamsburg with a serene peaceful setting yet is conveniently located with proximity to route 32.  All utilities are included in the monthly rent, which is based on 30% of an individual’s monthly income. A pet is allowed with some restrictions.

Residents prefer Lytle Trace because: 

• Residents must be 62 years of age or older
• On-site Manager and 24/7 secured entry doors
• Resident Manager living on-site and can help with after-hour emergencies
• Handicap accessible building equipped with elevator and auto-doors
• Emergency pull cords, individually controlled temperature and smoke detectors
