Deerfield Commons is located in the city of Mason in Warren County. Deerfield Commons has 80 one-bedroom apartments for seniors and mobility impaired. It offers safe, clean affordable housing for residents 62 years of age or older. Our Community meets the needs of seniors wishing to maintain an “at home” lifestyle without all the maintenance worries of larger single-family homes.

Each apartment is equipped with a refrigerator, range, and disposal.  All units are carpeted and have individually controlled air conditioning and heating.  In addition, all units have emergency medical pull cords and smoke detectors.  A coin-operated laundry room is located in the community center centrally located on the grounds.
